Jim is very active in client relations and the daily activities of the company. He is visible and accessible to all clients—you may meet him during the initial development phase of your project, he may contact you to inquire about the quality of our service, or he may visit your site during the construction phase. His principal concern is assuring our clients receive excellent service and industry best practices. As the company continues to grow, it is Jim’s responsibility to ensure the level of excellence that has been the hallmark of PWCampbell since 1910.

Jim’s responsibilities encompass all day-to-day operations of PWCampbell. Jim has twenty-five years of experience in business and bank management. He has considerable experience in mergers & acquisitions, as well as bank & credit union evolution. The majority of his career was spent as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of a $1.8 billion savings association. Jim played a key role in the successful merging of the five thrift organizations which formed Landmark Savings, and was also instrumental in Landmark’s conversion from a mutual thrift to a public corporation. He is a frequent speaker at financial industry seminars and trade shows.

Frank oversees all operations and strategies for Retail Branding products and services. Frank brings with him more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, Frank managed Retail Communications operations for a nationally recognized Branding and Retailing Communications firm and has influenced more than 10,000 branch locations nationwide, ranging in scale from community to regional, super-regional and national. He works closely with our clients to manage the expectations, deliverables, and post-implementation support required to sustain a successful program.

Elisa specializes in collaborative projects in which the full range of branding and design elements and disciplines (strategy, branding, merchandising, and architectural design) come together to create an integrated retail environment. Elisa has more than 10 years of experience in retail strategy & design and has spent the majority of her career in the financial services industry leading notable and award-winning design projects for top tier banks, as well as other financial institutions of varying scope and scale. Elisa has had her work recognized in various publications and competitive awards programs.

Allyson focuses on aligning high-impact retail communication strategies with the goals and objectives of our clients. Allyson brings more than 10 years of experience in account management and retail strategy for the financial services industry. Drawing on her extensive experience, Allyson works with clients to understand their marketing objectives and articulates strategies that are relevant to the branch environment and can be implemented into both new and existing locations. Allyson collaborates closely with the PWCampbell team to deliver innovative programs that are on brand and integrated with the retail space.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in the architecture & construction industry. He understands how to take the strategy and design of a program and turn it into a successful architectural new build or renovation program. Joe coordinates and supervises the architectural staff, schedules preliminary and construction documents, and coordinates the activities of Project Engineers. He encourages the design team to use innovative thinking and sustainable building practices while meeting our clients’ needs and budgets.

Erin represents the fourth generation of PWCampbell’s family-owned and operated business. Erin works closely with the President and COO to manage and coordinate all public relations and planning to ensure successful Sales and Marketing efforts and to promote the company’s image and integrity. She is also actively involved with developing strategic business plans to continue PWCampbell’s 100-year legacy. Previously, Erin managed the company’s special events and was a Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This experience and the knowledge of the family business is a good foundation for industry insights and continuing PWCampbell’s legacy.

Dean ensures total client satisfaction by managing our Construction team of Project Managers and Administrators, and by overseeing our local subcontractor relationships. Dean’s progression through our company has given him a unique understanding of the design/build process. Dean has a deep understanding of our overall process allowing him to facilitate activities with our Strategy, Design and Delivery departments. Throughout his career with PWCampbell, Dean has always strived to maximize client satisfaction.

Heather has ten years experience in interior design, project management, and furniture planning. She has worked on projects in a diverse range of industries, from higher education and healthcare to hospitality and commercial design. She is involved through all project phases and provides our clients with an efficient, effective and inviting retail environment design. Heather understands that each space requires unique solutions and will assist with the space planning and programming to ensure all needs are met.

Derek manages the development and delivery of retail branding programs. He works closely with the team to assemble initial budgets and time lines and then continually manages back to them during the different phases of the project. Derek also manages residual orders, inventories, and ongoing project requests. He has an in-depth understanding of the strategy and objectives of projects ranging from large scale merchandising programs to individual custom site applications. With over 12 years of experience, Derek understands what it takes to get a program done on time and on budget.
